We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Hardware, to work Remotely in Portugal, who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:

• Take ownership of hardware projects, driving them from initial concept through to market launch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Industrialization, and
  - functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Build and manage detailed project plans covering dependencies, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and systems, proposing enhancements or new approaches.
• Implement governance and performance tracking frameworks that support
  - making and accountability.
• Act as the main driver for resolving issues and removing blockers to guarantee successful project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Software, or related fields).
• 7+ years of experience leading hardware projects, ideally in
  - growing, international environments.
• Strong background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for hardware development.
• Proven ability to coordinate
  - functional teams across areas such as electronics, embedded systems, mechanics, procurement, industrialization, quality, and production.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and platforms (e. g. , Gantt charts, Confluence, Jira).
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to thrive in
  - paced, evolving business contexts.
• Certifications such as PMP, Pg
  MP, or Agile are a plus.
• Experience with B2B enterprise products will be valued.
• Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
• Work model is Remote in Portugal.
