Is that you

• 6+ years in IT Project/Program/Delivery Management with 2+ projects delivered end‑to‑end
• Expertise in Agile and predictive lifecycles; knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
• Presentation, reporting, and data analysis skills (advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency)
• Analytical problem‑solving and ability to develop and execute data‑driven solutions
• Experience in Change and Process Management, driving adoption across teams
• Pre‑sales experience and customer‑focused approach to delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions
• Adaptability and leadership in dynamic, cross‑functional environments
• Business acumen to align AI adoption with business and client goals
• Proven ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and foster continuous learning
• Upper‑Intermediate+ English level

Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution

In this role, you'll lead our company‑wide AI adoption initiative, guiding strategy, execution, and team enablement across the SDLC.

• Lead the company‑wide AI adoption program, turning strategy into actionable project plans
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and tech experts to define, prioritize, and manage high‑impact AI use cases
• Oversee evaluation, selection, and procurement of AI tools to meet business and technical needs
• Manage rollout of AI tools and best practices, starting with pilots and scaling organization‑wide
• Create and oversee training and enablement programs to help engineering teams use new AI capabilities
