We invite an experienced, motivated, and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering Presales team at Dev. Pro. In this role, you'll drive the full presales cycle, coordinating experts and managing RFPs, RFQs, and similar opportunities. You'll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to help the company win new business while also continuously improving our presales processes.

Is that you?
- 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in presales
- Strong presales leadership and experience managing

- end presales processes and proposals - Experience with global clients, translating business needs into delivery solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and
- time delivery - Technical knowledge to lead discussions with experts
- Strong understanding of SDLC and PM methods
- Hands-on project planning, estimation, and delivery oversight
- Process improvement and
- team coordination experience - Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Autonomy, accountability, adaptability, and strong
- making under uncertainty
Desirable
- Proposal development experience (RFP/RFQ responses, discovery calls, estimations)
- Domain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retail
Key responsibilities and your contribution

- functional presales teams to deliver
- quality, timely client responses - Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery Leadership, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, etc. )
- Engage with clients during presales to capture requirements, set expectations, and address concerns
- Define PM aspects such as project plans, risks, and resources clearly in proposals
- Identify and implement improvements in presales processes
- Maintain high efficiency under tight RFP/RFQ deadlines
