Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager for the Professional Services team. The role involves managing the migration and implementation of Cloudflare solutions, ensuring on‑time delivery, customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements.
Available Location: Lisbon or Remote Portugal
Responsibilities
- Project manage a team providing technical consulting, implementation, and support services to customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring services engagements are delivered on‑time and within budget.
- Develop and implement processes and methodologies that improve the efficiency of services delivery.
- Develop proposals and value propositions from inception through delivery for new and upgraded services.
- Resolve conflict between proposal teams and other units in a satisfactory manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Account Executives when a services opportunity is identified.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity identification to project delivery.
- Collect feedback and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Create internal guides and
- facing assets that support successful project execution. - Develop and deliver change‑management planning in support of new processes and frameworks.
- Gather valuable feedback from Executives and Account Teams that drives continuous improvement.
- Launch projects at scale, with minimal hands‑on guidance.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, project management, or a customer‑facing role.
- Proven track record working across global stakeholders and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and listening skills.
- Highly organized and exceptional time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others.
- Good understanding of how the Internet works, networking and security, zero‑trust services, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce (or similar CRM tool), and a PSA tool is a plus.
