Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily
- ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Support teams in planning deliverables and tracking progress toward goals
Guide and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to improve performance and collaboration
Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team productivity
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
Use Agile project management tools to track progress, manage documentation, and report on team performance
Coordinate release planning and ensure timely delivery of
- quality outcomes
Foster strong communication and collaboration within and across teams
Occasionally travel for workshops, team events, or stakeholder meetings
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile frameworks.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Experience managing complex projects and working with
- functional teams.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong analytical and
- solving abilities.
Scrum Master certification (e. g. , CSM, PSM) is a plus.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
