Senior Project Manager Lisboa

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in photovoltaic energy projects who wants to lead
- impact strategic EPC construction initiatives in Portugal.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical and financial feasibility of EPC projects.
• Define technical requirements, coordinate design, and validate suppliers.
• Prepare CAPEX budgets, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Supervise
  - site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative culture and continuous improvement.
• Maintain communication with clients, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros (OE) or Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (OET).
• More than 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and at least 7 in photovoltaic projects.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management of similar projects.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Office, and Auto
  CAD.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
