What You Will Do
- Lead the development of the project intake process, including scope, schedule, and cost.
- Define project goals and assign roles and responsibilities for the project team.
- Manage multiple mid to large–scale projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion that meets business objectives.
- Monitor daily/weekly team assignments and verify progress against the work plan.
- Identify potential changes, conduct impact analysis, and facilitate change control board approval.
- Forecast requirements and prepare project budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Identify, qualify, and track risks, defining mitigation and contingency plans.
- Communicate resource requirements in a timely manner and ensure the project is properly staffed.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, understand communication needs, and fulfill requirements.
- Ensure smooth transition through each phase of the project, setting clear expectations and holding accountable individuals.
- Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and the project sponsor to align objectives with company directions.
- Educate team members on project management principles, methods, processes, and tools.
- Maintain up‑to‑date skills related to all project management and disseminate information throughout the process.
- Ensure the team utilizes defined methods, tools, and standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and adjust reporting detail level appropriately.
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders and internal partners.
Required Experience
- 5 years of project or program management experience.
- Advanced French communication skills.
- Experience identifying action items, tasks, and activities and tracking progress.
- Experience defining, implementing, and leading projects using PMI and Agile best practices.
- Experience developing project budgets based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
