Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the

- end project management life cycle for the Workday implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Coordinate with
- functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Workday solutions.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including those outlined by PMP and PMBOK.

- Foster a collaborative and
- performance team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager.

- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.

- Extensive experience in managing complex,
- paced projects within growing organizations.

- Proven track record of successful Workday implementations.

- Expertise in change management and stakeholder communication.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

- Strong
- solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
