Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (2x per week), Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills

• At least 7 years of professional experience
• Strong background in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Proven project management expertise with a track record of leading efficiency and process optimization projects
• Experience managing
  - scale projects and performing workflow analysis
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve performance and reduce impediments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, presentation, and
  - solving abilities
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and autonomy
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Languages: Portuguese (B2) and English (C1)
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is a plus
• Availability to travel when required

Tasks

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations
• Provide Lean and Project Management expertise to the wider team and stakeholders
• Manage projects following company guidelines
• Report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to project leadership and governance bodies
• Make recommendations to influence
  - making and ensure benefits realization
• Perform workflow analysis and remove bottlenecks to enhance process flow
• Lead teams to meet performance targets aligned with organizational objectives
• Participate in business meetings with multiple stakeholders as required
