What You-'ll do

• Lead and manage ICT change management projects across both the public and private sectors;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives;
• Oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external teams;
• Contribute to the design and implementation of ICT transformation strategies;
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

• More than 10 years of professional experience;
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics;
• Proven experience in change management within Public Administration and the private sector in the field of ICT;
• Complementary higher education in IT or Management (e. g. , Masters degree, Postgraduate studies, or specialization courses);
• Participation in at least 10 ICT change management projects;
• Experience in managing and coordinating both internal and external teams within Public Administration;
• More than 5 years of experience managing and coordinating teams in consulting and information and communication technologies;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Portuguese.
