Location & Context

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in IT and digital transformation, ideally in an international context.
• Experience in Professional services industry or IT is highly valued.
• Proven experience leading projects at minimum in several of these fields: ERP systems, CRM platforms, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, and digital innovation.
• Strong background in managing large project budgets with full accountability for financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor and external partner management, including contracts, SLAs, and performance tracking.
• Experienced in project portfolio governance, managing senior‑level stakeholders including C‑level and external partners.
• Ability to lead interdependent projects within large‑scale transformation programs.
• Experience in the use of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Service
  Now, Smartsheet, or equivalents.
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or other certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel in Europe at least once per month.
