Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex IT projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholders in
  - paced,
  - driven environments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, and QA engineers.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs.
• Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects in enterprise environments.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and SDLC.
• Ability to lead
  - functional teams in dynamic and distributed setups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Agile frameworks (e. g. , Certified Scrum Master, SAFe).
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Background in consulting or experience managing external vendors/partners.
