We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Product & Project Manager to lead and drive our product development in collaboration with a dedicated software development agency. You will be the key driver in defining product vision, managing delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap and translate it into clear project plans with milestones and deliverables.

• Lead and manage all phases of product development, from concept through delivery, working closely with the external agency’s, developers and freelancers.

• Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between Brainmanager. io and the external development team.

• Utilize agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies to optimize workflows and manage risks proactively.

• Monitor project timelines, budget, and resource allocation to ensure
- time and
- scope delivery.

• Track product performance and business outcomes, making
- driven adjustments to maximize impact.

• Report on progress, challenges, and results to the company leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product/project management experience in Saa
S, AI, or
- driven environments.

• Proven ability to define product strategy while managing complex projects through execution.

• Experience coordinating with external development partners or agencies.

• Strong proficiency with project and product management tools (Jira, Notion, Click
Up, Aha!, etc. ).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and
- solving skills.

• Agile/Scrum expertise with adaptability to blend methodologies as needed.

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Reporting, UX/UI with(out) Figma

 • Some organic marketing experience, SEO

• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and a passion for innovation.

Bonus

• Background in AI/ML, software development, or UX/UI design.

• Understanding of online payment systems, gateways, and digital transaction workflows.
