Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects in line with our technical strategy and vision. You will be responsible for
-
- end project delivery — from planning and resource allocation to scope management, budgeting, and client coordination.

As a key figure in the organization, you will act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, making collaborative decisions to ensure successful outcomes.

You’ll typically manage 4–8 projects annually, depending on their size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Plan timelines, allocate resources, and identify and mitigate risks.
Monitor project progress, flag deviations, and take corrective actions.
Negotiate scope changes with clients when necessary.
Track project billing based on completed milestones.
Conduct regular internal and
- facing project meetings, including phase and project closures.
Generate and manage project documentation:
Progress Reports
Phase/Project Closure Reports
Scope Change Requests
Resolve conflicts effectively — both within the team and with clients.
Report project status
- weekly to the PMO and regularly to the technical leadership and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or PLM implementation projects.
Valuable:

Experience in Business Process Analysis and Management.

Technical Skills

Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
Proficient in project management tools like MS Project.
Strongly preferred:

Knowledge of PLM systems, especially Windchill.
