We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional with a strong background in data governance, data quality, and regulatory frameworks within the banking industry. As a pivotal member of the Data team, you will be responsible for driving critical projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple business lines and regions. Key Responsibilities:Lead major
- driven projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, including integration and deployment phases. Coordinate efforts across business lines (Métiers), regions, and corporate functions to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Oversee project roadmap adherence, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Provide regular, structured updates and reporting to senior leadership, including the Group Data Office. Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance throughout project activities. Profile Requirements:Fluent English skills (C1–C2 level) — both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power
Point, Word, Project). Solid experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and project management tools. Strong understanding of data quality concepts and the challenges associated with banking industry data environments. Knowledge of key banking regulations and compliance standards (e. g. , BCBS 239, GDPR, Basel III). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholders at all levels. Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex projects in the financial services/banking sector, preferably with a focus on data initiatives.
