We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead
- impact initiatives within a dynamic and
- paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional with a strong background in data governance, data quality, and regulatory frameworks within the banking industry.

As a pivotal member of the Data team, you will be responsible for driving critical projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple business lines and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major
  - driven projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, including integration and deployment phases.
• Coordinate efforts across business lines (Métiers), regions, and corporate functions to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
• Oversee project roadmap adherence, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular, structured updates and reporting to senior leadership, including the Group Data Office.
• Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance throughout project activities.

Profile Requirements:

• Fluent English skills (C1–C2 level) — both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power
  Point, Word, Project).
• Solid experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and the challenges associated with banking industry data environments.
• Knowledge of key banking regulations and compliance standards (e. g. , BCBS 239, GDPR, Basel III).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex projects in the financial services/banking sector, preferably with a focus on data initiatives.
