We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

What you'll do:

Optimize cost and functionalities to improve solutions;

Participate in defining functional specifications;

Assess project impacts based on strategic objectives;

Evaluate and mitigate risks during implementation;

Define objectives, deadlines, and ensure
- quality deliverables;

Oversee project steering, monitoring, and coordination;

Ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals;

Track project progress through KPIs and dashboards;

Define management processes and tools;

Identify and engage key stakeholders;

Assess resource allocation, identify improvement areas, and propose action plans;

Act as the primary point of contact for the project sponsor;

Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

What you will need to bring:

Strong experience managing IT projects;

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience;

Expertise in Agile methodology;

Fluent in French (nice to have);

Strong autonomy and rigorous approach to project execution;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments;

Strong risk identification and mitigation skills;

Effective coordination and motivation skills.
