The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from wind and solar to energy storage solutions and green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager – Team Lead.

As the Senior Project Manager – Team Lead , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects from start to finish. You will work closely with
- functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

In addition to your project responsibilities, you will lead and manage our Project Management team, helping to structure, guide, and support the team as it grows. Your strong leadership, excellent
- solving skills, and ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in driving projects forward and ensuring consistency across project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing renewable energy projects, ideally in
  - scale solar, wind, or energy storage.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience overseeing or coordinating project management teams or functions.
• Exceptional
  - solving and
  - making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience navigating permitting processes and regulatory frameworks in relevant markets is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Quick learner.
• Fluent in English. (Portuguese, Spanish & French are a plus. )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects.
• Lead and manage

• Provide leadership and

• Support the development and implementation of consistent project management practices across the company.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks by implementing appropriate strategies and controls.
• Monitor and report project status to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
• Support the development of new project opportunities by providing technical and project feasibility insights.
