We are currently looking for Senior Project Manager S&H.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of all project phases, from planning to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management: Coordinate and motivate
  - functional teams to ensure timely and
  - quality outcomes.
• Scope & Risk Management: Define, control, and manage project scope; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Budget & Financial Control: Manage project budgets and reports, ensuring efficient and transparent use of resources.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards, meeting all predefined objectives, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Project Management certifications (e. g. , PMP, Prince2, Scrum
  Master preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in
  -
  - end project management, ideally in a public sector environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex project scopes under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
• Hybrid work availability, with frequent presence in Lisbon.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative delivery frameworks.
• Strategic Planning & Organization: Ability to structure and execute plans across multiple workstreams with precision.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset and capacity to respond to challenges with resilience and creativity.
• Change Management: Ability to manage resistance, align teams, and foster a culture of adaptability.
• Influence & Motivation: Ability to inspire teams, mediate conflicts, and maintain engagement through all project stages.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid work availability, with frequent presence in Lisbon.
