SENIOR PROJECT / PROGRAM MANAGER (HYBRID) – Lisbon, Portugal

Position involves leading complex initiatives in the Energy sector with hybrid work (2–3 days per week onsite in Lisbon). Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus. 10+ years of senior project/program management experience preferred. We are reinforcing our team with a Senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex initiatives in the Energy sector. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work in a

Regime: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite). Sector: Energy.

Position 1 – Key Responsibilities

• Ensure scope, deadlines, cost, and quality are managed effectively.
• Develop and monitor project plans, including execution, communication, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Guarantee financial execution aligns with project progress.
• Manage relationships and ensure clear, assertive communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and provide insights for
  - making.

Position 1 – Must-Have Requirements (must appear in CV)

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar).
• Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, handling
  - sized and complex projects.
• Project Management certifications (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and critical analysis.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week onsite at client in Lisbon).
• Ability to thrive in complex and dynamic environments, managing bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery.
