You will be responsible to:

The Senior Project Scheduler will effectively plan, track, and optimize project schedules, their plays a crucial role in project management by ensuring that projects are planned, tracked, and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedulesusing tools like Primavera P6/OPC.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersto ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.

• Analyze schedule variancesand provide insights to improve project efficiency.

• Prepare progress reportsand communicate updates to the Project Controls.

• Ensure compliance with scope control, change management, and earned value methodology.

• Support the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

• Assist in risk analysisand mitigation strategies related to scheduling.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional)– Specialized certification for project scheduling.
• PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional)– Offered by AACE International, focused on schedule analysis. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, ideally within large project construction (>1M€).
• Extensive experience working with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Expertise in Primavera P6/OPC.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and charting.
• Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Fluency in English is a requirement
