(Senior) Protocol Sales Manager
As a Senior Sales Growth Manager at Finoa, you will drive the integration and adoption of new blockchain protocols across our custody and staking services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Finoa’s protocol portfolio, collaborating with protocol teams & their foundations, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of blockchain protocols, a strategic growth mindset, and the ability to build and nurture key relationships. Responsibilities:
- Protocol Integration: Lead the

- end commercial process of integrating new blockchain protocols into Finoa’s custody and staking platform. - Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with protocol teams, foundations, and ecosystem partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver smooth integrations, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met.
- Market Research: Stay informed about and identify emerging blockchain protocols, evaluate their potential for integration based on market demand, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Protocol Advocacy: Act as the internal expert on integrated protocols, providing insights and education to internal teams and clients about their unique features and benefits.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to prioritize protocol integrations that align with Finoa’s growth objectives and market trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of integrated protocols, identifying opportunities for optimization as well as feature and ecosystem enhancement.
- Collaboration: Engage with Finoa’s marketing and sales teams to ensure integrated protocols are effectively positioned and promoted to existing clients and protocol investors.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate feedback from clients and partners to protocol teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Finoa in industry events and forums, positioning the company as a key player in the blockchain ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in protocol growth, blockchain integration, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful protocol implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and the specific requirements for custody and staking integrations.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate and prioritize protocols based on their technical and market potential.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and
- closing skills and individual contributor mentality. - Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with protocol teams, foundations, and ecosystem partners.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple integrations and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to evaluating protocol performance and integration outcomes.
