What will be your role:

As a Senior Python Developer you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent backend systems with state‑of‑the‑art AI features to enhance business communications. You will work on a project for an international client in the customer communications and intelligence sector, where voice, digital channels, and automation converge to create seamless experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in requirements analysis to design backend and AI‑powered solutions aligned with product and business goals.
• Designing and implementing robust backend systems, including both frontend and backend development in Python, that deliver real‑time intelligent features.
• Developing scalable APIs and microservices that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise communication platforms.
• Utilizing AWS, including Bedrock as an AI provider, for cloud‑based infrastructure and services.
• Building and managing retrieval pipelines (e. g. , RAG) to enrich model context and enhance response accuracy.
• Ensuring system observability with metrics injection and error tracking.
• Working with containerization technologies like Docker and ensuring smooth CI/CD with Git
  Lab.
• Collaborating with MLOps, Dev
  Ops, and data engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in backend engineering, AI integration, and cloud‑based solutions.

What you should bring to the team:

• At least 3+ years of backend software development experience, preferably with Python (full‑stack).
• Expertise in developing scalable APIs and microservices, integrating AI features into production systems.
• Strong experience in Python API development, AI/data integration, and backend development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and AI providers like Bedrock.
• Experience with Lang
  Chain and large language models (LLMs).
• Strong working knowledge of Postgre
  SQL, Redis, and containerization using Docker.
• Expertise in managing dependencies with Poetry and version control with Git
  Lab.
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and a strong focus on system observability.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑ready, business‑impacting systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, focused on teamwork and fostering innovation.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
