As part of a
- term strategic engagement with a global asset management firm, we are hiring a Senior Python Developer. The selected candidate will act as a fully dedicated resource to the client’s technology team, and will contribute to the development of advanced, scalable software solutions to support complex financial operations.

PROFILE SPECIFICATION

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in Python development

Advanced proficiency with Python frameworks and libraries (Flask, Django, Pandas, Num
Py, etc. )

Experience in financial services or
- heavy environments is a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms

Familiar with both relational and
- relational databases

Full professional fluency in English

Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative and responsive

SKILLS REQUIRED

Deep knowledge of modern Python development and deployment best practices

Experience designing secure and scalable architectures

Familiarity with Dev
Ops processes (CI/CD, testing automation, version control)

Interest in emerging tech such as AI and machine learning

Strong critical thinking and
- solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to lead technical streams and mentor junior developers when needed

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Serve as a Python development expert embedded in the client’s technology team

Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal tools and applications

Establish and promote development standards, security, and documentation practices

Collaborate
- functionally to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

Support Dev
Ops automation and continuous integration pipelines

Stay up to date on Python advancements and recommend improvements

Ensure
- quality code through peer review and testing frameworks
