Senior QA Automation Engineer Braga

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to work in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute functional and automated test cases.
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior QA team members.
• Proactively contribute to quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply API testing expertise using frameworks like Rest Assured.
• Develop automated tests using Selenium and related tools.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in Agile Scrum environments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages, specifically Java 17+ or equivalent development experience in C# or Python.
• Strong knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles and frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in API testing, including using frameworks like Rest Assured.
• Proactivity and
  - motivation; excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create and execute both functional and automated test cases.
• Strong experience with automation tools, particularly Selenium.
• Familiarity with test case management tools like Test
  Rail.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git (Git
  Hub/Git
  Lab).
• Deep understanding of the Test Case Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle.
