Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working for international clients across different European countries.

You can work remotely, or from our offices in Lisbon or Porto when preferred.

In this role, you will drive the quality assurance of complex software platforms by combining manual and automated testing approaches.

What you will do:

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using C#, Spec
Flow, Selenium, and related tools;

Perform
-
- end, integration, and API testing, including automation using Rest
Sharp and BDD workflows;

Conduct manual exploratory, regression, and functional testing as needed across UI, backend, and APIs;

Execute API validation with tools such as Postman and Swagger;

Work closely with developers, product owners, and BAs to define acceptance criteria and clarify requirements;

Participate in Agileceremonies like sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives;

Write and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and defect reports ensuring traceability across the QA process;

Analyze test resultsand provide visibility into product quality through structured reporting.

What you are like:

At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a solid focus on test automation and manual testing;

Experience testing both UI and backend components, with an emphasis on regression and exploratory testing;

Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments with close collaboration across development teams;

Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new domains and tools;

Experience with Playwright, Cypress and Javascript/Typescript is nice to have;

English proficiency (written and spoken).
