- day life easier. Our vision is to become a unified endpoint management solution for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders) to join our R&D team in Porto to actively contribute to the development of our Task Automation and Remote Scripting solution. The role involves leading two or more engineering teams focused on building services for our Remote Management solution.

The responsibilities include:

• Taking responsibility for manual and automated testing of features across Web, Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Owning test planning, development, execution, and reporting.
• Writing, reviewing, and executing test plans throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with Software Engineers to ensure features are testable.
• Supporting and improving testing strategies and techniques.
• Leading QA projects and initiatives.
• Finding, documenting, and tracking bugs, including regression.
• Conducting various tests such as performance, load, system, usability, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing.
• Reviewing the product UI for conformance to design guidelines.
• Ensuring test plans cover all requirements and use cases.
• Participating in team refinements and providing user perspective feedback.
• Collaborating with QA teams from other groups on shared topics.
• Communicating test results to product and leadership teams.

The requirements include:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in automation testing or software development.
• Experience in communicating quality requirements and measures.
• Proven skills in automation test design and implementation.
• Manual testing experience.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices within the SDLC.
• Experience with testing tools like Test
  Rail, Cypress, Ranorex, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience with mobile devices is a plus.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
