Role Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead and scale our quality assurance efforts. As part of our growing engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test strategies that ensure the robustness and reliability of our product. You'll work closely with developers and Dev
Ops to ensure
- quality software delivery in a CI/CD environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Playwright for
  -
  - end and functional testing.

• Own and optimize the QA process in our CI/CD pipeline using Git
  Hub Actions.

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure test coverage and code quality across new features and existing functionality.

• Investigate and debug test failures, triage issues, and work with developers to resolve them efficiently.

• Drive continuous improvement in test strategy, tooling, and processes to enhance product reliability and team productivity.

• Mentor less experienced colleagues and provide technical guidance.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions to advocate for testability and quality.

• Develop test plans and test cases for complex features and integrations.

Requirements

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA automation, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Proficient in Python with
  - on experience using Playwright (or similar frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer).

• Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Git
  Hub Actions.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E, performance, regression).

• Familiarity with debugging tools, logging systems, and test reporting.

• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in agile software development environments.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Docker, containerized test environments, or
  - based testing tools.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger for API testing.

• Experience with monitoring tools and observability platforms.
