Role Overview
With a focus on creating innovative tech and delivering impactful experiences, we are dedicated to the seamless art of software design and delivery and are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse engineering team. We know the importance of QA within the development lifecycle and seek individuals who are excited about the role and ready to take an active part in the delivery of transformative products and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of clients across different verticals and sectors as part of a Beyond project team
- Co-create and collaborate with different team members from across the project, programme and agency to ensure quality is embedded at both the process and programme level
- Enhance and further develop your QA skills by learning new test tools, methods and practices in alignment with project recommendations and requirements
- Gain knowledge in new business domains to help teams analyse, test, build and deliver quality software
Qualifications
- Strong skills in automation using Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, Pact (contract testing), Karate (API), and k6 (performance)
- Preferred experience building automated

OS/Android apps using Appium 2, Detox (React Native), Espresso; plus experience with device farms (Browser
Stack/Sauce Labs) and CI integration (Git
Hub Actions/Bitbucket Pipelines) - Experience in manual testing on mobile and tablet devices and virtual devices with Browser

- Ability to create a full suite of QA

- Extensive web API testing experience, manual and automation testing using Postman or Insomnia, plus
- first frameworks (REST Assured, Karate, Pytest + HTTPX/Requests) with contract testing (Pact), auth (OAuth/JWT), and CI integration - Experience managing and prioritising multiple activities, across multiple projects, while ensuring output quality
- Clear, professional communication with
- functional teams and clients - Experience with Jira, Asana or a similar project management/bug tracking tool
- Exposure to Figma, Slack & Storybook with a keen focus on UX and design fidelity and accessibility
