The Role
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to implement automatic test processes for complex
- client systems, ensuring
- quality solutions for our internal Partner ASMPT in Germany. You will play a key role in developing automated test processes used for regression and acceptance testing for validation. If you believe you are a good fit, team up and apply now!
What You Will Do
- Analyze and design test requirements in material management
- Design and perform user acceptance testing considering functionality, performance, and usability
- Create test environments (Release Pipeline, Virtualization, Cloud, Container)
- Implement test sequences for automated software tests
- Conduct manual and automatic tests
- Report test status and results
- Support the development team during the development process
- Assist product management with validation and software quality matters
- Review and contribute to product documentation
What You Must Have
- Over 5 years of experience testing complex software solutions
- Experience with test plans and scripts
- Knowledge of software lifecycle and source control tools (preferably Git and Azure Dev
Ops) - Familiarity with test automation tools (preferably Selenium and Grafana K6)
- SQL Server database knowledge (writing queries)
- Programming (preferably C#/. NET) and scripting (Power
Shell) skills - Understanding of virtualization, cloud, and container technologies
- Knowledge of agile testing processes
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
- Ownership,
- organization,
- oriented communication - Critical thinking and
- solving skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- German language skills
- SMT domain knowledge
