We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong technical leadership experience to drive automated testing strategy, maintain automation frameworks, and lead a team of QA automation specialists. This role involves deep technical work in automation (Java + SQL + Selenium + Cucumber) as well as team coordination, reporting, and CI/CD pipeline management.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and execute manual tests when needed to understand core functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Java, SQL, Selenium, and Cucumber, reporting defects and ensuring quality standards.
• Configure and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, manage code versioning (Bitbucket), and ensure code quality with Sonar
  Qube.
• Define test automation strategies aligned with business needs and develop new frameworks or solutions to optimize automated testing.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 4 automation testers, including planning activities and reporting progress to the Test Manager and stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in system architecture, test automation frameworks, and OOP development (ideally Java).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or coordinating automation/development teams.
• Solid and proven SQL knowledge, including custom script development.

Desired Skills

• Experience analyzing XML messages and application logs.
• ISTQB certifications (Foundation Level, Test Automation Engineer).
• Experience with QA tools such as Jira, HP QC, TFS, HP SM.
