We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Architecture) to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of QA architectures across complex environments
• Define and enforce QA best practices, methodologies, and standards
• Oversee
  -
  - end quality processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with development, Dev
  Ops, and product teams to integrate quality throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Evaluate existing QA setups and drive transformation toward optimized, pure QA architecture environments
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to QA teams

Required Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience as a QA professional
• Proven experience working as a QA Architect
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing pure QA architectures
• Strong understanding of test frameworks, automation strategies, and CI/CD integration
• Excellent analytical and

• English & Portuguese at B2/C1 level
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon
