Cloud, leading digital company for Swiss employment market, in partnership with TX-Services in Porto, Portugal. We seek a passionate Senior QA Engineer who will help us revolutionize the job ads industry by shifting from Pay per Duration to Pay per Performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for complex features, covering happy paths and edge cases.
• Leverage automation setups and automate test execution and reporting.
• Identify and resolve bugs in close collaboration with developers and product managers.
• Maintain and enhance testing documentation to guide future efforts.
• Mentor less experienced QA teammates and promote continuous learning.
• Participate in planning and decision‑making to align on team objectives and define quality goals.
• Continuously assess and propose improvements to QA processes and practices.
• Manage third‑level support requests, collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assess severity of support requests and determine appropriate ownership for resolution.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of web technologies.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman or similar.
• Knowledge of QA best practices: BDD, ATDD, exploratory testing, shift‑left testing, Page Object Models.
• Experience with bug tracking and CI tools (e. g. , Sentry, Grafana, Circle
  CI, Jenkins).
• Understanding of performance testing and metrics for web applications.
• Prior experience with security testing and OWASP Top 10.
• Strong cross‑team communication skills.
• Experience prioritizing and coordinating tasks.
• Practical understanding of the software development cycle, emphasizing QA.
• Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking, test management.
• Experience in third‑line support and client issue troubleshooting.
