Ensure requirements are well defined and testable* Estimates, evaluates, creates and runs test cases as part of an Agile work team* Collaborate with colleagues onshore and offshore on a

- day basis* Reporting and documentation on testing activities* Work closely with product and delivery managers to manage Agile sprints and QA stories* Support UAT’s* 5+ years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance* Strong team management skills, capable of guiding a team* Hands-on experience in designing, executing and reporting on test cases* Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing* Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle* Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Jira* Knowledge of Test Management tools such as Zephyr, Xray or Azure Dev
Ops* Excellent communications skills – good at communicating and documenting technical information and describing implementations* Detail-oriented,
