Key Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise/mentor staff and assign QA work on project engagements
- Lead project quality assurance activities
- Reviews business requirements and functional specifications to understand the functional and technical requirements. Ensure requirements are well defined and testable
- Estimates, evaluates, creates and runs test cases as part of an Agile work team
- Collaborate with colleagues onshore and offshore on a day‑to‑day basis
- Reporting and documentation on testing activities
- Work closely with product and delivery managers to manage Agile sprints and QA stories
- Support UAT’s
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong team management skills, capable of guiding a team
- Hands‑on experience in designing, executing and reporting on test cases
- Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
- Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Jira
- Knowledge of Test Management tools such as Zephyr, Xray or Azure Dev
Ops - Excellent communications skills – good at communicating and documenting technical information and describing implementations
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, quick learner with a strong technical aptitude and a drive to improve a system’s reliability and optimize delivery of new capabilities.
- Proficient in English
- An ISTQB certification is preferred
- Experience with test automation is preferred
