Key Responsibilities

• Supervise/mentor staff and assign QA work on project engagements.
• Lead project quality assurance activities.
• Review business requirements and functional specifications to ensure they are well defined and testable.
• Estimate, evaluate, create, and run test cases as part of an Agile work team.
• Collaborate with colleagues onshore and offshore on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Report and document testing activities.
• Work closely with product and delivery managers to manage Agile sprints and QA stories.
• Support UATs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong team‑management skills, capable of guiding a team.
• Hands‑on experience designing, executing, and reporting on test cases.
• Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing.
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Jira.
• Knowledge of test‑management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, or Azure Dev
  Ops.
• Excellent communication skills – able to document technical information clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, quick learner with a strong technical aptitude and a drive to improve system reliability and optimize delivery of new capabilities.
• Proficient in English.
• ISTQB certification is preferred.
• Experience with test automation is preferred.
