Key Responsibilities
- Supervise/mentor staff and assign QA work on project engagements.
- Lead project quality assurance activities.
- Review business requirements and functional specifications to ensure they are well defined and testable.
- Estimate, evaluate, create, and run test cases as part of an Agile work team.
- Collaborate with colleagues onshore and offshore on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Report and document testing activities.
- Work closely with product and delivery managers to manage Agile sprints and QA stories.
- Support UATs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong team‑management skills, capable of guiding a team.
- Hands‑on experience designing, executing, and reporting on test cases.
- Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing.
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Jira.
- Knowledge of test‑management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, or Azure Dev
Ops. - Excellent communication skills – able to document technical information clearly.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, quick learner with a strong technical aptitude and a drive to improve system reliability and optimize delivery of new capabilities.
- Proficient in English.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
- Experience with test automation is preferred.
