Responsabilities:

• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits
• Integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems, and monitor tasks associated with these systems
• Develop and revise departmental manuals and standards Plan and deliver training sessions within the department
• Plan and deliver training sessions within the department
• Collaborate on aircraft certification processes
• Assist in preparing application processes for aircraft leasing operations
• Analyze and apply relevant legislation
• Manage and coordinate training processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering
• Minimum 3 or more years of experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits
• Proficient in monitoring Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements
• Willingness to travel as required
• Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent
• Demonstrates assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Capability to work under pressure and meet goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
