Our client is an international industrial group currently investing in Portugal, with the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in the country and a Support Office in Porto.

Principais responsabilidades

• Management of implementation processes for all ISO standards applicable to the business sector (e. g. ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 45001, CE Marking, etc. ).
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, EN 9100, etc. );
• Analyze and validate product technical specifications, ensuring conformity with the requirements of each country or customer;
• Support the product homologation, certification, and qualification processes with external entities and competent authorities;
• Prepare and manage technical and compliance documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality;
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams across manufacturing sites, promoting the standardization of practices and processes;
• Support external audits and inspections (customers, authorities, certification bodies);
• Monitor quality and compliance indicators, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions;
• Ensure compliance with information security and export control policies.

Perfil desejado

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or similar);
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product quality or technical compliance roles, preferably within
  - demand industrial environments (aerospace, automotive, technology, energy, etc. );
• Knowledge of quality management systems;
• Familiarity with product homologation and certification processes;
• Strong sense of traceability, accuracy, and professional ethics;
• Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international, multidisciplinary environment;
• Availability for training or audits abroad, when required.
