We-'re looking for a Radio Optimization Engineer (Multivendor)! At Connect44, we lead strategic projects with
- tier operators across Europe. If you have experience optimizing 2G/3G/4G/5G networks in multivendor environments and want to take part in advanced 5G, Open RAN, and
- generation rollouts, this is your chance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize multivendor networks (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung)
• Analyze KPIs, field tests, and propose improvements
• Manage network capacity and solve complex issues
• Collaborate in the launch of new features and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years in radio optimization
• Experience with at least two vendors
• Proficiency with tools such as Atoll, Net
  Act, ENM, i
  Bwave
• English B2/C1
