What You Will Do

• Optimize multivendor networks (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung)
• Analyze KPIs, conduct field tests, and propose improvements
• Manage network capacity and solve complex issues
• Collaborate in the launch of new features and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years in radio optimization
• Experience with at least two vendors
• Proficiency with tools such as Atoll, Net
  Act, ENM, i
  Bwave
• English B2/C1
