Manager | Lead Software Development Engineer

What will you do?

• You will participate in the design, implementation, security and validation of applications within a project team structure, in accordance with institutionalized processes and delivery standards.
• You will be accountable for transferring critical systems and knowledge to the team.
• You will be responsible for critical systems maintenance and product roadmap.
• You will design, develop and test Real Time & Embedded solutions and/or components.
• You will analyze customer requirements, perform feasibility studies, provide technical proposals, estimate workload, and contribute to project requirements specification.
• You will collaborate in documentation related to these activities.
• You will be a team player inside one of our agile teams.

About You

To succeed in this job, you must have knowledge and at least 8 years of experience in software development, including:

• Knowledge of compilers, assemblers, linkers and other tools.
• Experience in programming in assembler, RTL2 or ADA.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Message Brokers (Kafka, Zookeeper), Containers (Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm).
• Experience in Source Control Systems, Continuous Integration Systems and Unit Testing Frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
• You are fluent in English.
• Available to travel out of the country.
