- minded Senior Recruiter to join Darkroom’s
- growing team. You’ll collaborate with the People Operations Manager to attract top talent across Creative, Sales, Growth Marketing, Operations, and more. This is a mostly remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Lisbon, Portugal. It will be required to go to the office from time to time.

What You’ll Do

• Lead
  - cycle recruiting with a focus on creative roles (designers, editors, etc. ).
• Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, briefs, and hiring plans.
• Source globally via social media, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Manage our ATS (Ashby) and HR platform for accurate tracking and onboarding.
• Support diversity initiatives and share recruiting insights to improve outcomes.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ recruiting experience, preferably with creative roles (design experience a plus).
• Track record hiring across departments (Creative, Growth, Ops, Sales).
• Familiarity with digital marketing or agency settings.
• Experience with ATS/HR tools (Ashby preferred; Deel, Rippling, Notion a plus).
• Strong English communication, organizational skills, and
  - driven mindset.
• Experience presenting data and creating business cases to C-suite profiles.
