You’ll be part of a
- functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors that will give you all the tools you need to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Recruiter you’ll be:

• Executing recruitment for technical roles. From devising pipeline strategies and sourcing to owning the entire candidate journey including extending offers and closing the candidate
• Building and efficiently managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Providing and driving an extraordinary hiring experience for all candidates, regardless of whether they are successful or not
• Partnering with the hiring manager and collaborating with the People Team to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies
• Joining ASAP, if you can!

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or similar academic field)
• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (mandatory)
• Experience working on a
  - up and Portuguese market (mandatory)
• Proficient in using sourcing tools such as Linked
  In Recruiter, Google boolean searches, etc.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting
• Live in continental Portugal
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

What You Can Expect from our Recruitment Process:

Our process starts with us screening your CV. Once we’ve done that you can expect:

• A
  - hour interview with our Recruitment Team, so we can get to know you better and talk about your skills and experience
• A 45-minuteinterview with our COO for alignment in terms of Operations
• A final
  - hour interview with either our CEO or our CMO, to make sure we’re the right fit for you, and you’re the right fit for us

Once you’ve completed the process, we’ll contact you to let you know whether you were successful. If you’re the right fit, we’ll also give you more details on the next steps to becoming an Altarion.
