? We are looking for a Senior Release Manager

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Diagnose current change and release management practices and propose improvements aligned with ITIL standards.
• Act as a driving force for implementing structured ITIL processes for change and release management.
• Draft, validate, and maintain change/release management procedures.
• Promote and ensure adoption of these practices across IT teams, including training and communication.
• Harmonize change management processes among stakeholders, ensuring consistent planning and communication.
• Propose and implement tools to track and monitor change/release activities.
• Define, implement, and consolidate KPIs to measure and improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with IT operations and project teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Several years of professional experience with ITIL; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change and release management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (JIRA, Service
  Now), including configuration and usage.
• Good understanding of project life cycles and SDLC.
• Technical background and interest in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and train teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong
  - building skills.
• Open-minded, proactive, and pragmatic approach to
  - solving.
• Language skills: French (bilingual or native) and English (professional proficiency) are mandatory.
• Ability to work directly with IT operations and manage
  - functional stakeholders.
