Responsibilities

• Act as a Solution Owner for one or more global reporting solutions, delivering dedicated support to a specific region and driving business value through
  - driven insights
• Manage Change Requests, including documentation of requirements, to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Design and create standard reports and dashboards that meet the needs of various functions and functional areas
• Develop innovative reporting solutions that drive business outcomes
• Govern worldwide control of source data, KPIs, and measures, in consultation with your supervisor
• Collaborate with functional users to analyze and define reporting requirements
• Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Create training concepts and implement training programs for reporting solutions
• Develop the reporting landscape using Smart Data methods, such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Industrial Analytics, to enable rapid learning, decision‑making, and increased productivity

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a data science role, ideally from a business point of view
• Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Denodo, or similar alternative tools
• Proven experience in delivering training sessions to diverse audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
