Senior Research Analyst Lisboa

Overview

Senior Research Analyst – Mastercard. Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a new and rapidly growing capability designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for
- quality research support, with the mission of value realization in developing insights and recommendations. We are looking for a talented, experienced market researcher for the European team based out of Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• You have 3-5 years'
  - on experience in primary research (quantitative techniques including survey design and analysis and/or qualitative research including designing and facilitating
  - depth interviews, focus groups, online forums etc. ).
• You have gained research experience in a research agency or consultancy.
• Ideally with experience of conducting research on banking, payments, financial services, digital technology or related industries.
• Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources to prepare insightful presentations.
• Experience of using qualitative/quantitative research operational and analysis tools would be an advantage.
• Strong business writing and ability to create
  - ready materials.
• Excellent communication skills.

All About You

• Degree-level is minimum; relevant Master’s degree is desirable.
• Relevant working experience across a range of research projects.
• Languages: English required (Portuguese and Spanish desired).
• Power
  Point, Excel and Word skills required.
