- Develop and Deploy AI Models: Design, train, and validate novel machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve critical problems in drug discovery, including predicting molecular properties, ADMET, and efficacy.
- Identify novel drug targets and therapeutic candidates.
- Generate and optimize de novo molecules.
- Analyze complex biological and omics data (genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics).
- Pipeline Integration: Collaborate with medical, medicinal chemistry, and biology teams to integrate AI models into throughput screening and drug design workflows.
- Data Strategy: Curate, manage, and preprocess large, diverse datasets (structural, phenotypic, clinical) to ensure model robustness and predictive power.
- Research Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and computational biology, and champion best practices.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to junior team members and communicate complex AI concepts to technical stakeholders.
