Senior Resilience Analyst Porto

Key Responsibilities

• Support detection, response, and resolution of cybersecurity and operational incidents.
• Coordinate with teams to contain threats and maintain recovery documentation.
• Enhance incident response processes following standards such as NIST and MITRE.
• Contribute to business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) planning and exercises.
• Analyze incidents to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, deliver awareness sessions, and support compliance initiatives (e. g. , ISO 27001, DORA).

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years in incident response, security operations, or business continuity (8+ years total experience).
• Practical knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and incident handling.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; able to work effectively under pressure.
• Permanent onsite role based in either Porto or Braga.

Preferred

• Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISM, CRISC, or similar.
• Experience managing cloud incidents (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and resilience exercises (tabletop, red/blue team).
