Job Description

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team for the Americas, supporting the US Chief Risk Officer (US CRO), has second line of defence responsibility for oversight of the risks of the Natixis Combined US Operations (“CUSO”). The position supports the US CRO in designing, implementing, developing, monitoring, and overseeing risk programs.

The successful candidate will join the CUSO Risk Governance & Reporting function within ERM, reporting to the Head of CUSO ERM Governance & Reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating
  - level and
  - functional CUSO Risk Committees, including agenda setting, logistics, and reviewing contributions from senior officers.
• Maintaining risk committee reports and providing updates for Senior Management and the Board, including methodology, processes, tools, and systems.
• Preparing analytics, visualizations, and reports for Senior Management and the Board in collaboration with risk managers.
• Participating in the design and implementation of data quality frameworks for risk reporting.
• Leading risk reporting improvement initiatives and coordinating activities across technology and other stakeholders.

The candidate should have a broad knowledge of financial services, risk management concepts, and business reporting techniques, with a track record of delivering various implementations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Risk Governance: Supporting and administering CUSO Risk Committees, preparing documentation, and interacting with business lines.
• Risk-based Senior Management Dashboards: Managing risk reporting, data management, and technological enhancements, including AI tools.
• Risk Framework: Assisting with development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures, and supporting strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in international banking or financial services in the US.
• Knowledge of risk management terminology and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Power
  BI; experience with Python and SQL; familiarity with AI and machine learning is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
