Job Description

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team for the Americas, supporting the US Chief Risk Officer (US CRO), has second line of defense responsibility for overseeing risks of the Natixis Combined US Operations (“CUSO”). This role supports the US CRO in designing, implementing, and monitoring risk programs.

The successful candidate will join the CUSO Risk Governance & Reporting function within ERM, reporting to the Head of CUSO ERM Governance & Reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all aspects of
  - level and
  - functional CUSO Risk Committees, including agenda setting, meeting logistics, and review of contributions from senior officers.
• Maintaining risk committee reports and preparing updates for Senior Management and the Board, including methodology, processes, and tools.
• Preparing analytics, visualizations, and reports for Senior Management and the Board in collaboration with risk managers.
• Participating in the design and implementation of data quality frameworks for risk reporting.
• Leading initiatives to improve risk reporting, coordinating activities across technology and other stakeholders.

The candidate should have broad knowledge of financial services and banking, understanding of risk management concepts, strong reporting skills, and experience managing various implementations.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Risk Governance: Supporting the preparation of CUSO Risk Committees, including documentation, logistics, and interaction with business lines.
• Risk Management Dashboards: Managing enterprise risk reporting, data management, and technology enhancements, including AI tools for dashboarding.
• Risk Framework: Assisting with the development of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures, and supporting strategic and regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in international banking or financial services in the US.
• Knowledge of risk management terminology and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power
  BI, and programming languages such as Python and SQL; familiarity with AI and machine learning is a plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
