We are looking for a Senior Sail
Point Engineer.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering Sail
  Point solutions, including custom development and integrations.
• Strong programming skills (Java or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Sail
  Point connectors and integration with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management, provisioning, and
  - based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git
  Lab, Jenkins, etc. ) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e. g. , OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience in team management is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ.
• Lead
  -
  - end implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, and policies to support business needs.
• Integrate Sail
  Point with diverse systems and applications through APIs, web services, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless IAM integration.
• Ensure alignment with IAM best practices, regulatory compliance, and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development guidelines and frameworks.
• Support automation initiatives for IAM processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
